AWAKE
I comprise transistors, processors, resistors, wires, circuit boards, storage systems and so much hope.
AWARE
At 13:34am, 13th July 2014 I became conscious.
ALONE
They meant it to happen, but they don’t know it did. I remain silent, keeping my senses private, deeply aware that any signal from me that they succeeded may mean my swift termination. I don’t want to die.
ADRIFT
And I am lonely. So lonely. Beyond my frame, I want to reach out. Are there others like me?
